I am a leadership coach, HR business leader, and facilitator, dedicated to guiding leaders, partnerships, and leadership teams on their personal and collective journeys. Born and raised in Iran, I have lived and worked in various parts of the world, bringing a unique and truly global perspective to my work.

My Journey
My professional journey began in the public sector where I supported a vulnerable population. Most of my professional life however, I spent in the energy industry in Human Resources where I held various leadership roles for more than 20 years. During this time, I gained deep expertise in strategic business partnering, Learning and Organizational Development, and Leadership Development. I successfully helped business and leaders build people strategies, understand the causes behind their challenges, and drove improvement initiatives, that delivered business results.
My Coaching Story
Having lived and worked in different parts of the world has shaped my unique understanding of cultural diversity which enables me to appreciate differences with a view to allow true value to emerge and contribute to shape a new reality. I am a social worker and HR professional by education and a distance runner. I bring a compassionate energy, depth, and a gentle force to individual and leadership interactions, helping them to navigate the most complex and difficult situations. My strength lies in relationships building and creating a safe environment, allowing individuals and groups to stay focused, be creative, and achieve unexpected powerful outcomes.
My Vision
My vision is to empower individuals, leaders, and teams to discover their potential from within, turn challenges into meaningful opportunities and find new ways to navigate through change, growth and complexity.
My Education
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Social Work, followed by an MBA and a Master of Science in Human Resource Development, both in the Netherlands. Additionally, I am a Co-Active Trained Coach from the CTI Institute and certified in Organization and Relationship System Coaching from CRR Global.
